Korasida - Evia Greece
Korasida is a seaside settlement located in Avlonari in South Evia and is the seaport of Achladeri. The beach of Korasida, together with the beach of Kalamos, stand out for their scenic beauty and are considered to be of the most beautiful in Greece.
At this beautiful settlement there is a lot of tourist activity during the summer months as the area has many rooms, small hotels, tavernas, cafes, mini markets for the needs of visitors.
In many parts of this region free camping is allowed, making it a very popular destination for those who enjoy nature. The beach is approximately one kilometer long and is covered with pebbles and sand and lapped by the crystal clear turquoise waters.
There are two more sandy small bays formed here, Agios Ioannis and Trahilos, combined with the natural vegetation of the area, that creat a magnificent natural setting.
A short distance away from Korasida you will find Honeftiko which is home to a famous natural spring whose water has therapeutic qualities. This is a very picturesque and lovely area for relaxation
The area here has been blessed with immense natural beauty and has some unique places to visit and explore such as the natural caves of Chaskiza and Tsiplogianni.
